A super short Christmas-day message

No frameworks. Just gratitude.

I wasn’t sure you’d open this.

Christmas Day feels like a strange time to land in someone’s inbox.

Maybe it was curiosity.

Maybe muscle memory.

Maybe you’re stealing a quiet minute while sipping your morning coffee or tea.

Or maybe you’re reading this later in the day, getting your email fix with a glass of confidence juice in hand.

(If it’s the last one, tell me what you’re drinking. I’m genuinely curious.)

Either way, I want to say something simple.

Thank you.

Thank you for today. And thank you for the many, many Thursdays before it.

Opening an email is a small act. But repeated over time, it becomes a kind of trust. One I don’t take lightly.

This newsletter has introduced me to some remarkable humans.

And almost every one of those conversations started the same way:

“Hey, I read this…”

So if today feels like a day where the guard is down just a bit…

If replying feels lighter than usual…

If “hello” feels easier than it does on most Thursdays…

I’d love to hear from you.

I’ll be back next week with the framing-breaking posts that make you pause a little longer.

But today is just this.

Thank you for reading.

Be well (and merry).

Talk soon.
